On this one, the 15-year-old son of the Iranian Ayatollah sends his son to the U.S. for lifesaving surgery – and nearly sets off an international crisis by publicly denouncing it. The President refuses to get caught up in the game of using innocent people as political pawns, insisting that the boy be saved despite the potential political fallout.
